The story
behind this image:
Rachel told Ed how
Roof Girl was more
like Bat-Man than the
others who are all a
little bit like the loner
model of Spider-Man.
Only, Roof Girl doesn't
have the budget of
Bruce Wayne, or
the training, or
much of the mentoring.
She's from a working-
class background, and
is basically on her own.
So imagine this is
Westertown in
our science fiction version
of Birmingham, AL.
Roof Girl is taking a try
in patrolling there
instead of the Centertown
towers... and interrupts
a conference of mid-level
crime lords and thugs!
